MCAD Minneapolis College of Art & Design  I am a 2001 Graduate of this fine institution.  At MCAD students learn much more than how to use the software.  The curriculum is intensive and thorough.  Starting with the basics of art; Life Drawing, Art History and Theory.  Having mastered those you move on to your chosen discipline.  In my case, Media Arts.  This 4 year experience gave me to tools to be a creative and diverse artist with the technical skills to stay on the edge!
